I seem to procrastinate every year about getting my life on track where I should be. I have come to the conclusion that I fear being successful. I am afraid that if I reach my goals and dreams, my life will change dramatically and not all in a good way. I fear I will change along the way and I wont have the love of my friends and family in the way I do now.

Well I am back on the wagon of losing weight. I am actually not doing bad. I have changed my diet over the last two weeks. I really couldn’t afford weight watchers or Jenny Craig or the Biggest Loser diet plans. But I have found that Wal-Mart has a great one!. I am using the Great Value Lean Cafe meals. I have lost about 12 lbs :) so I am happy with the progress! Has anyone else tried these?
